Construction Loan Program Management For CEF’s, Banks, and Credit Unions

  • Our program management consulting are available on an annual subscription and includes project analysis to use alongside financial underwriting, success prediction, document reviews, and other services to produce a scaleable construction loan management program.

  • It starts with a Healthy Project Metrics Analysis (Free), we then set the ground work through a Pre-Project Strategic Program consulting agreement (typically 3-4 months). This concludes with the selection the selection of design and construction professionals. Finally and at the churches option we can provide owner advising throughout the project and into operations.
