From Vision to Completion we loved leading Fairway Christian Church through this project.

It began with a walk around with the elders and the BLT - then to a sketch of what might be possible - a budget, design partners and a builder - contract negotiations to construction - finally thematic artists and furnishings. All focused on a missional guest experience designed around God’s calling for this church.

DESIGN-TO-BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Once the strategic plan is developed, we help you engage the right design, finance, and construction partners. We develop a “Total Project Budget Target” so you won’t be caught off guard or guessing if the numbers you get from trade partners are the right cost when weighed with the design intent and material quality.

OWNER’S CONSTRUCTION REPRESENTATIVE

Once construction begins we can act as your expert advocate, and your in house advisor. We know the “rules of the game” required by industry contract languages and help you navigate the ins and outs of construction. .
