*So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

[a philosophy]
The church is a shared leadership model. God can speak to any one of its ministers, staff, members or even those outside our community about His vision at any time. We desire to fix our eyes on the unseen even though we are planning a building to be seen. Our process is designed to bring stakeholders along with the ministry leaders at every level.

[a vision]
When is a vision imaginary? This is the question every leader should ask themselves. We start with leveraging the thousands of leaders that have gone before with historical data, statistics and ratios. We envision using pen to paper while keeping things loose and rough in design. Dr. Kamm has seen many churches waste countless dollars of blueprints that never gets built. Your vision shouldn’t be costly.

[ a plan ]
Luke 14:28-30 tells us “Won't you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, saying, 'This person began to build and wasn't able to finish.” We see this as our instructions to begin with the “all-in” costs in mind by developing early cost estimates and building financial proformas to help the church see through the unseen*.

[ an action ]
Once the plan is developed, [Un]seen guides you through the action with an implementation plan and by acting as an owner advisor through the construction process, With all the tasks needed for full time ministry the last thing a church staff needs is to learn the expertise of construction project management.
